Episode 206 Creed Listeners Choice
One of the most praised films of the year, Ryan Cooglers Creed was mostly ignored by the major awards shows. With the exception of Sylvester Stallones performance, this strong entry into the Rocky Balboa franchise failed to gain a toehold among the Oscars nominations. Which is a shame, because its a very good film about people of color. Phil had some doubts as to whether or not Stallone turns in a good performance, while Andrew stands by the Italian Stallion.
