Episode 334 The Post

Steven Spielberg snuck this film into 2017 at the last possible minute. After hearing so much praise that THE POST was his best film since MUNICH, and could be the perfect antidote to a toxic presidency, expectations were high at ITQ. Lets face it, when it comes to Spielberg, Streep and Hanks expectations are always high. THE POST is a good film, but not much more than that. High-caliber acting all around, but not a lot of that Spielberg magic. Nevertheless, its worth seeing. Andrew and Phil have an insightful discussion about what makes a film Spielbergian.
