According to Apple, the new, third-gen iPad will first launch in South Korea and 11 other countries on April 20 later this week. That doesnt concern us all that much, but Apple further stated that the new iPad will further grace India and eight other countries on April 27, 2012 i.e. the last Friday of this month.
As Airtel has introduced 4G technology in very few areas, (particularly in Kolkata) I want you to take a note that buying 4G iPad wont help you much as it would take time to have 4G services all over the country and they might be expensive. My take: Go for 3G as it is fast enough.
