Episode 323 The Square
Art is such a serious topic, it makes a perfect target for satire. Ruben �stlund tackles the hypocrisy of that world in his critically-acclaimed drama THE SQUARE. Andrew and Phil are both huge fans of his previous film, FORCE MAJEURE, which is also a humorous takedown of a ridiculous man. But the female characters in the film are not as sharply drawn as in �stlunds previous effort. If you are skeptical of contemporary art and are intrigued by the accolades this film is getting, this film gets the endorsement from ITQ.
